Dates & Deadlines
The following is a quick rundown of the dates and deadlines associated with Residence Life. We accept housing deposits anytime; however, outside of traditional application dates, you will need to contact the Office of Residence Life to access a housing application. If we reach capacity during our traditional application dates, we will still make suitable accommodations without doubling up on room placements.
Spring Semester 2025

Moving Out
The deadline for residents participating in graduation to move out of their assigned residence hall at the end of the academic year is 12:00 p.m. on the day following Commencement. Additional charges will be applied for students unable to complete the move-out process by this date unless required to remain on campus for a university function such as athletics or if the student has requested to reside on campus for the summer and met the financial obligation.
