Kalbfleisch has a front and back entrance with limited parking in the rear of the building which requires a premium parking permit. All other residents with a vehicle may park in the residential parking lots if they purchase the appropriate permit.
Both entrances to the building are controlled by card access, which only permits students living in the building unrestricted access. Kalbfleisch has a two-story lobby which includes a fireplace, free laundry facilities, lounge furniture, big screen televisions, and student mailboxes.
The facility is monitored by closed circuit television both internally and externally.
First-year students living in Kalbfleisch Hall are required to purchase the full meal plan.
